Srisukho Clinic of Mahanakhon Center Thailand (ScMc Thailand), led by Dr. Chanesd Srisukho, is a medical clinic that provides general illness treatment, vaccination, skin treatment, weight loss, body shaping, acne, freckle, and melasma treatment, laser programs, botulinum toxin programs, vitamin drip programs, and facial treatment services. ScMc Thailand was established in 2021. It is located in Soi Pipat (Silom 3) and has become known among foreigners for its professional skin treatment, reasonable prices, and excellent services.
Established Legacy of a Medical Family
Its history began with the family of Grandmother Amporn, a tailor who lived near Sukhothai province. Despite hardship and a humble start, Dr. Pattanath Srisukho, a surgeon, and Dr. Chanwalee Srisukho, an obstetrician, made a strong resolution to change their lives. They met and fell in love at Siriraj Hospital. Later, they served as government officials and established their roots in Phichit province, where they built Srisukho Hospital, a small general hospital. They started a warm family and were blessed with lovely children: Dr. Chanesd Srisukho (MD, MSc in Dermatology), Dr. Niratorn Srisukho (MD, Obstetrician), and Dr. Chiti Srisukho (MD). With more than 45 years of history and experience, the Srisukho doctors and their extended family (Sathida Srisukho and Manutsawee Srisukho, who are Dr. Niratorn’s wife and Dr. Chiti’s wife, respectively) have together established ScMc Thailand in Bangkok.
Advancing Organizational Development and Cultivating a Culture of Service
In late May 2024, the ScMc Thailand team participated in an organizational development activity and received training in Total Quality Management (TQM) and Excellent Service Behavior (ESB) with Srisukho Hospital faculty members in Phichit province. They received a warm welcome and support from Phichit citizens and Phichit Hospital staff. They cultivated a culture of service-mindedness, understanding, and empathy with patients and customers, treating them like their own family.
In late July 2024, the ScMc Thailand team also participated in a workshop conducted by the Original Personality Development Institute, John Robert Powers, and the Institute for Continuing Education and Human Resources to improve staff professionalism.
These trainings promote staff development, enabling them to have an understanding and empathetic service mindset and deliver services that lead to beyond-expectation customer satisfaction.
