Key discussion points included the enhancement and development of personnel across all departments, increasing knowledge regarding services and products, and planning for further education and skill enhancement for the team.
We also deliberated on organizing the New Year celebration and outlined our work strategy for the entire year of 2026, along with significant advancements in creating new architectural designs.

We have organized meetings for our team to visit various hotels, allowing them to learn service excellence and find inspiration in new environments, which reference world-class architectural works. Developing individuals to possess a noble heart for serving humanity aligns with what Mahatma Gandhi emphasized regarding the importance of work.
We have previously held meetings at several prestigious hotels, including Sindhorn Midtown, Dusit Thani New, Ritz Carlton Bangkok, Aman Nai Lert, Anantara Siam Hotel, among others.
Upcoming is a meeting at the Mandarin Oriental, recognized as one of the best hotels in the world for several years, before we complete our new venue.
