The Ordeal Past: Adversity and Fortitude**
Attend, my kin! In the span of the year just gone, two thousand twenty-four unto twenty-five, we were sorely afflicted by a host of aggressions from them that wish us ill and our cunning adversaries. The very air was thick with tribulation: a harsh economy, societal unrest, political storms, and Nature’s own fierce blows. Moreover, we did suffer fell assaults—both open and cloaked—from rivals, whose wicked purpose was to bring ruin upon our very lives, our noble Organization, and our families.
Yet, notwithstanding these dire fortunes, we did most valiantly bind our strengths! The entire House of Srisukho, the valiant legions in Phichit and Bangkok, and a vast and formidable network of succour—including our teams of Law and Security, the prosecutors, constables, and learned attorneys, along with many a potent figure in the Kingdom of Thailand—all gathered to our defence. But the most crucial might lay in our core company: for they remained as one, steadfast, tenacious, and fiercely apt to shift with the shifting tide. Their unwavering solidarity and devotion to rigorous self-betterment did grant us passage through every harrowing crisis.
The Horizon of 2026: An Age of Expansion**
The year of our Lord, two thousand twenty-six, doth promise yet more trials for our swiftly expanding dominion. We labour to enlist souls of the highest potential and exceptional maturity, and the sign portends a mighty torrent of talented and virtuous folk shall join our standard. This puissant movement seeks to erect new Houses of Healing and forge a peerless professional excellence, which shall, in the fullness of time, be a boon to our fellow human beings, to ourselves, and to the Organization entire.
Adaptation is the sovereign virtue; for by its grace hath life endured through millions of years.
We have engaged in many a session of Organizational Development (OD) across diverse provinces, inviting learned Sages of Thailand to impart their wisdom. This includeth the precepts drawn from the era of John Robert Powers, unto the wisdom of Dr. Pattanath Srisukho and Dr. Chanwalee Srisukho, who schooled us in Total Quality Management (TQM) and Excellent Service Behavior—that is, the sacred principle of ever delivering beyond all expectation.
We have roamed far and wide, beckoning expert Physicians for our training, and were much profited by the presence of Ajarn Gain (Niratorn Srisukho), the steadfast comfort of Khun Eye (Sathida Srisukho), Khun Noey-Sathiya the head Nurse, P’Paew the head Nurse of Phichit team, Khun Tae (Patcha Klaisuwan), Khun Mai (Chonnicha Muakphan), and a multitude of others who did nurture our Company and recruit its ranks. We march forward as a great, concerted force, composed of many interwoven parts.
The Soul of Our House: Kinship and Mercie**
The very marrow of our enterprise—the spirit of family and warm comradeship—is deeply planted by the teachings of my grandmother, Khun Yaa Amphorn Tancharoen, a gentle seamstress and lone mother to Dr. Patt. She did teach that we must possess roots, a Family, and Kin, and that Mercie must be shown betwixt us. In this our noble context, this Mercie doth transcend mere blood ties; it doth manifest in a working Company that is stronger and more mutually supportive than even the ties of Kinship.
Our solemn vow doth comprise providing for welfare and health, creating employment and avenues for learning, nurturing the strengths of every soul at every station, and diligently mitigating our weaknesses. He who doth study my long-term deeds shall find a profound comprehension of the lessons taught by Yaa Amphorn, Father Tan, and Mother View. This noble foundation is further buttressed by sacred doctrine, chiefly the Triple Gem (Phra Sri Rattana Trai), as both Dr. Gla and Dr. Gain did once take the cloth at Wat Pa Sukato temple. These precepts are our true compass: guiding us to build a virtuous house, show mutual compassion, and walk the Buddhist path.
Grand Strategy and the Social Fabric
Thus, all our ventures—the success of the Gorilla project (led by Khun Turbo and his fellowship), the use of Story Tale to craft our narratives, the erection of a seemingly boundless Security Network, the triumph of Khun Fern‘s weight-loss, who now serves as our representative, the patronage of learning for Khun Bew and her cohort, our pursuit of foreign tongues, and the creation of more than five chief Security Teams led by Khun Phuwadol, ST Smart Pro, P’Golf’s network, SAM, Beer-Film, et al.—are all but facets of a high and noble art of management.
They who see only the minute detail may fail to grasp this, viewing them as but single leaves within a mighty forest. Yet, he who doth behold the forest in its grand entirety shall understand the vital need for the breadth of spirit within the Srisukho family, from the days of the Grandmother unto my parents, and now unto Dr. Kla, Klang, and Ken. This spirit must be broader than the vast ocean itself, yet ever vigilant lest we be preyed upon or destroyed and brought to ruin.
We do build here a veritable ecosystem and a social scaffold, which doth support and nourish all its parts, yielding main and supplementary income for many hundreds of lives.
I did once profess to the Srisukho Hospital team our bold purpose: to be the Foremost Weight Loss Clinic in the world. Dr. Patt did nearly laugh aloud at the very thought! Yet, through these passing years, we have achieved a marvellous transformation. Today, we may speak within these walls and declare that we are the greatest patrons of the weight-loss pens from the world’s two mightiest pharmaceutical houses in Thailand and Southeast Asia (though perhaps less than Korea and the Western continent).
Gazing toward the far future, the alliances we have struck with Novo Nordisk, Zuellig Pharma, and Eli Lily, combined with the many tens of thousands of weight-loss patients served in the past five years, shall be the very foundation that propels us to yet greater heights in the coming decade.
The structure of ScMc Thailand doth progress apace. It is ordained to be a House of Healing of exquisite form, noble service, profound professionalism, superior architecture, quality material, and even commodes of the finest sort, deserving of international praise hereafter.
Nevertheless, many hindrances, perils, and fierce trials still wait upon our path. Yet, I trust we shall prevail with grace and bring all our tasks to a prosperous conclusion.
A Valediction of Thanks and Counsel
In this hour, I do render my thanks to every single soul and department, both those seen and those unseen: Khun Chit the graphic artisan, the Srisukho Skin Team, the core Company in Bangkok, all the Nurses within our network, the Bangkok Security Guard, the diligent cleaners, the Phichit security, the drivers, the coordinators, and the scribes and photographers who have laboured with industry and resolve. I bid those members whose worth is yet to be fully judged to pursue their own betterment.
My thanks go out to Manager Tae, Deputy Mai, Bew, Fern, Namm, NuNing, DeNon, Muay Marinee, and all their company, and to our distant allies: Ar Toi and P’Bag. But above all, I bend the knee in deepest gratitude to Ajarn Pattanath, Chanwalee, Ajarn Glang, Khun DoNut, and Ajarn Gain, Khun Eye, who stand as the loving and benevolent sponsors behind every single endeavour.
I thank our multitude of patients, clients, and faithful fans who shield and support the physician and the team. We must acknowledge that fully ninety to one hundred parts in the hundred of our core revenue proceeds from their grace, as we are a private concern, while the governing authority doth support us by way of policy, statute, and rule.
Thus, let us pledge to “Do Good” unto our patients, clients, and fellow human beings. Be mindful of their state. Counsel them with what is truly wholesome and fitting. View them not merely as a purse from which gold shall issue, but rather fix your gaze upon how we may remedy their tribulations.
This is the very path to our lasting triumph, for the very essence of man is to aid, to love, and to show compassion one unto the other.
The sacred practice of “Speaking Well, Thinking Well, and Doing Well” unto our own—for we are a single Company, akin to a great orchestra or a united football team—is a wisdom that Ajarn Patt hath ever impressed upon us.
Finally, all our schemes to foster learning are designed to raise our potential, our professional craft, and our tongue-skills. These endowments shall profit ourselves, the Organization, and all people, and shall prove a long-term resource, enriching our coffers, our joy, and the creation of great new knowledge, wares, services, and education in the days to come.
As the hourglass runs its course, we shall behold with clarity how the harvest of hard toil, patience, and a unified spirit shall at last bear sweet fruit, even as the maxim doth hold: “Patience is bitter, but its fruit is sweet.”
