Behind every warm welcome is a team equipped to understand both the details of service and the feelings of the people they care for.
Guided by the vision of Dr. Chanesd Srisukho, SCMC x SRISUKHO continues to support staff development in butler-style hospitality and service management. Our aim is to welcome our valued guests, patients and clients with thoughtful attention, a structured approach and professionalism.
The latest participants include Aom, Senior Therapist at Srisukho Hospital, together with our younger team, affectionately known as “Gang 2002”: Vee, Aida and Jitlada. Their training at Nai Lert Butler Academy marks another step towards bringing colleagues with different experiences together through a shared commitment to service.
For us, learning the art of butler service goes beyond etiquette or an elegant welcome. It means noticing the details, listening attentively, understanding individual needs and coordinating thoughtfully, so that care and consideration are reflected at every point of service.
Our purpose in supporting this training is therefore not simply to develop new skills. It is to bring a deeper understanding of people and the psychology of service into the healthcare setting, while respecting each person’s dignity and privacy.
To date, SCMC x SRISUKHO has supported approximately 15–20 team members in undertaking training in this area. We continue to develop our service culture because we believe that investing in people is the foundation of lasting, thoughtful care.
Our ambition is not only to improve our facilities, but to build healthcare spaces with a generous heart for service, where professionalism and warmth come together, and every detail reflects our commitment to the people we welcome.
