On 21 October 2026, the SCMC x SRISUKHO team gathered at Silom Soi 9 for its October monthly meeting. The session focused on shared learning, team coordination, and continuous staff development through three key areas:
- Knowledge Management (KM)
Team members shared knowledge and creative stories, encouraging confident self-expression, openness to different perspectives, and learning from one another’s experiences. - Departmental Alignment
Departmental breakout sessions focused on reviewing progress and planning work together in line with organizational goals. - Future Growth & Training
Organizational goals and the training schedule were announced, with an emphasis on developing professional presence, strengthening competencies, and building staff capabilities over the long term.
