On August 18, 2025, in the evening, Phichit Province will host an academic conference to commemorate the 40th anniversary of Srisukho Hospital. The focus of the event will be on obesity, peptides for obesity treatment, women’s health, and the management of polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS).
This event is generously supported by Novo Nordisk, a company from Denmark.
The initiative for this event arose from discussions between Dr. Kla and representatives from the company specializing in peptides for body shaping, weight loss, and obesity treatment. They emphasized the necessity of organizing educational activities to enhance the knowledge of personnel at all levels, enabling the team to effectively provide patients and service users with accurate, evidence-based information. As a result, numerous training sessions, both in small groups and larger seminars in Bangkok, have been meticulously planned.
The most significant event will unite personnel from Sri Sukhothai Hospital and the clinical team from Bangkok. This conference represents that gathering.
Consequently, the Bangkok clinic will be closed from August 16 to 18, 2025, to facilitate various beneficial activities that will positively impact both Bangkok and Phichit, ultimately enhancing patient care and community service. The activities include:
